Wheat futures closed the day steady to a penny higher in the front months. MPLS was the firmest, showing gains of 1-2 cents, as KC was steady to fractionally higher. CHI was the weakest exchange on the day, steady to 1 1/4 cents lower. In anticipation of tomorrow’s export sales announcement, analysts are expecting 250,000-450,000 MT for old crop wheat sales and new crop sales of 50,000-250,000 MT. USDA estimated world wheat supplies 2.32 MMT higher in yesterday’s report.
